BetOnDroid 4.4.4 is now available. This release gives you more control over the price ladder and Today’s Cards, changes how Market Seeder maps column taps to your configured sides, and fixes automatic green-up issues. Here’s everything that changed.
What’s new in v.4.4.4
1. Show/hide the currency symbol on ladder cells
A new preference lets you toggle the currency symbol on price ladder cells. Turn it off for a denser stake display without the currency clutter. Helpful for low resolution devices
2. Country filter on Horse and Greyhound races Today’s Cards
Today’s Cards for horses and greyhounds now support a multi-select country filter by country. Your choice is saved and applied immediately to races that are already loaded. A new toolbar action lets you expand or collapse all cards at once. Races catalogue loading now fetches a full races list (was limited by 100 races per day).
3. My Account transaction and chart filtering improvements
The account statement type filter (Exchange, Sportsbook, Casino, Poker) is now multi-select instead of a single choice. When there’s room, the filter moves up into the toolbar, and switching types re-filters locally without a full reload. Operations and the balance chart now share a single statement store, so they stay in sync.
4. Unmatched orders counter under “Cancel all”
The Cancel all control on the market view now shows how many unmatched orders are still pending. You can see the impact before you confirm the “Cancel all” action on market page.
5. Prompt to disable Market Seeder when changing a single bet size
If Market Seeder is on and you save a new single bet size, the app now asks whether to turn Seeder off. This helps avoid accidentally placing a series at the new size when you only meant a normal single bet. Separately, if both Green Up and Seeder apply on a Green tap, you’re now asked which action to run.
6. Market Seeder taps now follow your Back / Lay / Green Up settings
This is the main Market Seeder change since 4.3.0. Column taps now map to your configured seeder sides: the BACK column places a BACK series, the LAY column places a LAY series, and Green Up places BACK and/or LAY around the price depending on which sides you’ve enabled. If only one side is configured, the other column doesn’t seed. Enabling the FAB also shows a one-shot placement guide.
7. Inplay video improvement
The Inplay video view now uses a improved client, which improves playback and system player dialog handling in some cases.
8. Betfair Far StartingPrice and Near Starting Price shown together
The market screen can now show Far SP and Near SP side by side.
Bug fixes
Automatic green-up on Asian handicap markets
The automatic green-up for handicap markets is now fixed. Without it, the offset or green-up could land on the wrong Asian handicap line.
Market Seeder stake / liability not loading in the edit dialog
The edit dialog now reads stake and liability from application preferences correctly, so the values no longer come up blank or stale.
Automatic green-up snackbar showing an incorrect result
The snackbar shown after an auto green-up now reflects the real operation result instead of a wrong or stale message.
Flickering scrollbars on the price ladder and runners list
Scrollbars on the ladder and runners list were adjusted so they no longer flicker during scrolling and market updates.
