Welcome to BetOnDroid, a software product owned and operated by Ukraine Tech Labs LLC (“UTL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BetOnDroid Android mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BetOnDroid is an Android mobile application that provides users with access to the Betfair Exchange through a secure implementation of the official Betfair API. A valid Betfair account is required to use the App.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The app is offered through these subscription tiers:

• Monthly Subscription
• Annual Subscription
• Free Tier with limited features

All subscriptions are processed through authorized payment processor and dont automatically renew.

VAT Compliance Notice (EU Customers)

We are registered for VAT in the European Union under the Non-Union OSS scheme with the Irish Revenue.

VAT is charged on all purchases made by consumers residing in the EU, in accordance with local tax rates of the buyer’s country. Our VAT obligations are managed centrally through Ireland, and VAT collected is reported and remitted to the respective EU tax authorities via the One Stop Shop (OSS) system.

VAT Compliance Notice (UK Customers)

We are registered for VAT in the United Kingdom with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).

VAT is applied to all purchases made by UK-based customers, in accordance with UK VAT laws and at the applicable standard rate. Our VAT Registration Number (VRN) will be added to all invoices once issued.

Refund Policy: UTL does not offer refunds for any subscription tier.

4. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must own a valid and active Betfair account.
• You must comply with all Betfair terms of use.

UTL does not facilitate or control gambling activities. Betfair enforces all jurisdictional restrictions.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

We do not store any user credentials or personal data. The App communicates securely with Betfair’s servers via HTTPS.

Google Firebase is used for crash reporting and analytics. By using the App, you consent to this use.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners. Betfair is a trademark of Flutter Entertainment plc. UTL is not affiliated with or endorsed by Betfair.

BetOnDroid and its codebase are intellectual property of UTL and protected under copyright law.

7. Modifications

UTL may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at Terms of Services. Continued use of the App means you accept any updated terms.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” with no warranties. UTL is not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the App.
