ERROR: the timeout period elapsed (10 sec) prior to completion of the request or the server is not responding
i use different device android and same error... please help

Thank you for posting screenshot with the issue, itr is very helpful. Though your screenshot looks like not a real device but Android Emulator
Do you still suffer from the issue?
Betfair server have had problems today. Please check Betfair's servers status using Main menu -> Check Betfair status menu item.
If it is good then the problem can be related to your network provider, WiFi or GSM Data.
