Issue: Subscription Failed to Activate After Payment

If you see the message below after completing your subscription payment, it means that your payment was successful, but your local network environment blocked the subscription activation request for some reasons

In this case, please try making one more payment. Follow these steps (in order of priority) to resolve the issue:
  • Disable any VPN, ad blocker, or other network-filtering tools on your phone that might interfere with the connection
  • If you are using Wi-Fi, switch to 4G/5G mobile data, or vice versa
  • Change your Internet provider, if possible
  • Connect to a different Wi-Fi network
